Many of our turnkey new builds now feature carbon fibre components which we make in-house.
Typical uses are wheel tubs, interior panels and support structures such as that shown. We have the ability to use the following composite construction techniques and materials:
Fibreglass
Wet lay Carbon Fibre
Pre-preg Carbon Fibre
Carbon/Kevlar strengthening
Core mat strengthening
Aluminium/Kevlar honeycomb strengthening
We have in house vacuum and oven facilities to ensure a high level of quality and strength, and at the minimum weight.
We can also commission carbon, carbon/kevlar and fibreglass body panels to suit any application.
